Giving Back
We ran sessions at CRA and Hospice conferences, delivered free webinars, volunteered in charity shops, & gave free charity support. We promoted our sector in newspapers, broadcast interviews, & via our YouTube channel.
Equity, Diversity, Inclusion
We celebrated EDI with our booming annual Pride competition, ran a free webinar on improving disability access & promoted our EDI webinars.
Leadership
We provided interim leadership for 6 charities (regional & national), recruited great retail leaders & mentored retail teams.
Training
We’re officially the world’s biggest charity retail training provider! With 124 charities choosing us to deliver their L&D via Charity Retail Learning, 50 charity subscribers & 378 teams trained
