Charity Shop Survey – the results are in

We’re so fortunate as a sector to have brilliant insights from the CRA and from the annual Charity Shop survey by Civil Society. The latter has just been published and one of the headlines is a decrease in cash donation via shops – as well as charities starting to see a decline in donations of stock – both in terms of quantity and quality. We will need to work hard to attract to goods we need to meet the rise in demand from shoppers
