As our newest Charity Retail Coach, Katie Duckworth combines two of her greatest passions – charity retail and coaching non-profit leaders and their teams.

Katie is offering a no-cost, no-obligation call to see if coaching is right for you or a team member.

Katie has been a coach and trainer since 2011 and has supported hundreds of mission-driven people to thrive in their work. She’s a life-long devotee of all things pre-loved, from her teens in the charity shops, flea markets and boot sales of South London to today when she’s rarely to be found in a brand-new outfit. Katie was a speaker at the 2024 Charity Retail Conference where she led a workshop titled ‘The F:Word. How to bring fun into the charity retail workplace’.

Katie believes that happier people are essential for organisations to achieve their goals consistently and cost effectively. This philosophy is infused in her coaching style – warm, playful and practical – as she guides her clients to unlock their unique strengths to foster meaningful, sustainable change while loving their work.

As the founder of the Levity Lounge, she hosts informal meet-ups for ‘rebel-hearted’ women leaders in London and Manchester.

I started working with Katie Duckworth having just taken on my first interim Director role. Her coaching provided me with the tools and guidance I needed to define and develop my leadership style, increase my confidence and really own the knowledge and skills I bring to my role. I am now a permanent Director and thanks to Katie’s support have a toolbox of approaches and techniques to draw on… It has been truly transformational.
