Executive Coaching Programme
- The executive coaching programme has six sessions lasting 75 minutes each. We can be flexible with that time, so if there is a need to have a longer session at some point, then Dan is happy to accommodate.
- The first session is longer (90 minutes) so that we would have an opportunity to agree on your goals, ways of working together and for Dan to have that download from you.
- Outside of your sessions Dan would prepare for the content and focus of your time together.
- Dan will provide you with a written summary of your conversation and any follow up work / reading / actions for you to consider.
- The time is yours to decide what you want to focus on – for example, stepping up into a Head of Retail role, understanding your leadership style or developing emotional intelligence.
- Dan’s role as a coach is to support you and provide you with a sounding board as an outsider to your organisation, as well as being an accountability partner for you as part of your development.
Sessions are usually monthly and held online

It’s a powerful way to reflect, learn, and grow — both personally and professionally.
What to expect?
- Working in a small group Dan will guide you through the process of Action Learning
- This is a six-month programme where the group will meet online monthly
- Share real-world challenges and explore solutions collaboratively using proven coaching techniques
- Build trusted relationships and expand your network of sector peers
- Gain practical insights and fresh perspectives to support your leadership journey
